Ode to Ipo, By Georgia

Georgia came home from school today with a writing assignment. She had to write about a pet. I thought it was so cute I just had to share it:

My Dog, Ipo

I have a furry friend. Her coat is the color of
vanilla ice-cream and she
is just as sweet! When she looks at me with her
big, melty, chocolatey eyes I
feel warm and fuzzy inside. Her black nose is
cold and wet, when she sniffs my
toes it gives me shivers. Her waggidy tail
is her way of saying, "Look at me! I
am happy!" What I think makes her most
beautiful is her gold rimmed ears and her
natural black eyeliner. In Hawaii
"Ipo" means "sweetheart" and my dog is
definitely the biggest sweetheart I
know!
