It has been said that when someone hits "rock bottom" they will finally be motivated to climb out of their dark hole. Rock bottom is the worst destination a person will ever reach. It is so bad at rock bottom, that the only option is to start climbing.
But I think that some people hit rock bottom and learn how to survive there.
